A NEW MOON is the perfect time for reflection and Intention settingShe brings with her the opportunity to explore creativity as she is dark and "empty"- fertile ground for new seeds of intention,  There is something undeniably exciting about a moonless sky- it evokes feelings of the great unknown and limitless possibility. This wellness journey is about learning to create and embrace space for your newness.  If you are a beginner!! I got you!  We will hold a candle gazing meditation- practice a writing style to for new moon Magik and create a carrier oil for you to take home for your end of day  connection with the phase of this water cycle of the moon
